Procedure for the Uninstall of Contribute 3.1 and the Installation of Adobe Contribute CS3
Download Installation File
1. Save the .zip file to your desktop.
2. Extract .zip file to ContributeCS3 Folder
3. Run Setup.exe
Uninstall Procedure
To start the process go to All Programs->Zenworks 6.5 Desktop Management->Application Window…you will see the next screen appear.
Once you have done this the Application Window will open and you will see the ContributeUnistall icon in the window, double click on this icon.
Double Click on ContributeUninstall to remove your current installation. The following screen will appear.

You will be presented the following dialog box. Please click on the YES button to remove all preferences and configuration files as these are all being updated with the new installation you are about to commence with.
Click on the Yes button to remove all preference and configuration files. This will allow for new connections and preferences to be established
You have successfully uninstalled your current installation of Contribute.
Installation Procedure
To start the process go to All Programs->Zenworks 6.5 Desktop Management->Application Window…you will see the next screen appear.
Once the window is open double click on the Contribute CS3 icon to launch the installation process.
Double Click on Adobe Contribute CS3 to install the new version on your workstation. You will see the following screen.


Launch Software
When you open the software for the first time from Star>Programs>Ct you will be presented with the license agreement. Simply accept.

Click on the “Accept” button.
If you get the following error:

Reboot your workstation and open the software again.
At the opening screen of Contribute CS3 you may be presented with the following dialog box concerning Firefox extensions:

Click OK to install the extensions. You will see the following upon success.

When all is ready for action your software will present itself.
You are now ready to call Dennis Gavin @ 556-1404, get your new password set and set up your connection. These credentials are yours specifically and are not to be shared with anyone else. System security and integrity is everyone’s responsibility. Contribute is the only authorized tool for web editing for UL. Abuse of these privileges may result in removal of authorization.

While trying to connect you may be presented with your personal firewall security alert from the Microsoft Security Center concerning what to do about for access to this site.
Click on the “Unblock” button.
Click on the “Unblock” button to allow the connection and access to your sites.
